BSO Family Concert: Unsung Heroes

  • Meyerhoff Symphony Hall 1212 Cathedral St. Baltimore MD (map)

Heroes come in all shapes and sizes and from all walks of life. From fictional superheroes like Rey from Star Wars: The Force Awakens to everyday heroes working on the front lines and brave historical figures like Rosa Parks, these individuals are often overshadowed or forgotten, but they make an impact on our future. This program features works by Daniel Bernard Roumain and James P. Johnson, and Wordsmith shares a fresh commentary on Rosa Parks and how she changed history.
